Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AstroStorm's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

AstroStorm provides lead generation services designed to connect businesses with potential customers through various advertising channels and marketing strategies. Our services include:

  • Multi-channel advertising campaigns
  • Lead qualification and scoring
  • Social media integration
  • Performance analytics and reporting
  • Custom targeting algorithms

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our lead generation services are priced per qualified lead delivered, with rates varying based on the service tier selected:

  • Essential Plan: $40 per qualified lead
  • Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
  • Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all leads provided meet the qualification criteria agreed upon in your service agreement. Leads that do not meet these standards will be replaced at no additional cost or credited to your account.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate target audience criteria
  • Responding to leads in a timely manner
  • Providing feedback on lead quality
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

AstroStorm's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
